While we've been away at the Cat House Hotel, the Investor and the man betrayed us. I have evidence, given to me by an anonymous source, who asked not to be identified for fear of retaliation.
The evidence: (Excuse the poor quality; the informant was working undercover.)
THAT dog was in MY car, and those legs belong to MY man. The dog, reportedly named Sophie, was baby-sat by my humans for a night and a day, sources tell the Morning Scratch.
"Aw. Wouldn't it be cute, Bogdan, if you called her Aunt Sophie?" the Investor said.
No. No, that would not be cute.
"I'll call her ant Sophie!!" Kat 3 said. "I like ants. They are fun."

Oh my goodness! At least your humans were only dog-sitting her and she's not joining your family permanently!
I'm with Sophie! Ants can be fun to play with! HaHa!
8-O A dog!?!?!? That is terrible! I don't like dogs...would you like me to defend you from "ant Sophie"? ;)
PS. My mommy loves the dog, also loves that her name is Sophie since it is same as her name....
Whoa, fur a minit there we thot yoo were getting a woofie added to da fambly. Dat could be good if yoo all agree on it, but not if dey sneek one in while yoo are away. We hope da flooring beans finish up reel fast so yoo can go home. It seems like dey keep adding 2 weeks on to da finish date effury time.
That dog wuz in your car???? Sumfings not right there.
ant sofie is a little bit cute, for a dawg.
when are yoo coming home?
Uh oh! I am scairt of dogs. But ant Sophie looks pretty friendly. For a dog.
Such betrayal! You have my complete sympathy and I assume you will be administering the proper discipline to your humans.

Hmmmm I wonder what else your staff are up to...? this is very serious news.
The dog does look friendly... Sophie is her name, likely story but I think this all needs some explanation.

Hendrix here: So let me get this straight. This woofie not only invaded your car, but your HOME without your express permission? I'm thinking your beans owe you big. They'd better scrub your car and house until it is woofie smell clean before you get home.
Mommy here: aw, what a sweetie! Goldens are such good doggies. I had two (now at the Bridge) who were just loves. I'll be Sophie was a good girl staying with you. It was nice of you to watch her.
Hendrix again: Mommy, don't even think about it. No woofies in my house!
Wowy - they cheated on you!
Boy, they are every where, arent' they? Don't worry, the ones in my picture are across the street in the neighbor's back yard. I just like to sniff their noses!

While our own opinions of DOGS could not be any lower, our mama and papa like them too. I'm glad you didn't have to meet Sophie, but our mom says she looks nice. (rolling eyes).
